2. Understand The Design Of The Product
When the customer sends the CAD drawing of the final product, our engineers and designers will analyze the design in detail, understand the customer’s product specifications and requirements, and check every detail before production. We will use the most cost-effective solution to process your parts, control the factors in the entire CNC machining process, and ensure that the requirements are met.
3. Check The Parts With Precision Measuring Devices

There are various advanced measurement tools that can be used for many inspection measurements, such as size, hardness, color, tolerance, etc. The inspector can inspect the parts, and can remove the parts on or off the machine.

4. Check While The Part Is Running
Sometimes, we need to perform quality inspections while processing parts are running in order to find problems early and rework parts before completion. Some operations can be performed to adjust the machine to maintain tighter tolerances, such as adjusting the tool offset to leave a little excess inventory, allowing the tool to machine the workpiece, measuring the work done by the tool, and so on. This applies especially to newly developed products.
5. Communicate With Customers
Whether in the manufacturing process or after sending samples, timely communication with customers is effective. Buyers and customers have clear requirements on the specifications and functions of the product. When receiving an inquiry from a customer, we will contact them as soon as possible and give a free quotation as soon as possible.
